**Telecaller (Work-from-Home)**

**Job Description:**

* Make outbound calls to generate leads and sales
* Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service
* Track and manage customer data using CRM software
* Maintain a positive and professional demeanor
* Meet daily call volume and performance targets

**Responsibilities:**

1. Conduct outbound calls for lead generation and appointment setting
2. Provide prompt and courteous assistance to inbound callers
3. Qualify leads and book appointments as per company guidelines
4. Document call details and maintain customer records
5. Adhere to company policies and procedures
6. Work independently from home with minimal supervision
