The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or sales. The role involves contacting potential customers, generating leads, explaining products/services, and converting inquiries into sales. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain company products and services to customers. Generate leads and convert them into sales. Follow up with customers and maintain long-term relationships. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Maintain daily call records and update CRM/customer database. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Coordinate with the sales team to maximize business opportunities. Requirements Education: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience in Telemarketing, Telecalling, or Sales. Excellent communication and convincing skills. Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency. Ability to handle customer objections professionally. Target-oriented with a positive attitude. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
