Candidates must demonstrate proficiency or aptitude in accurately picking orders based on provided documentation and safely loading and unloading goods, adhering to all safety protocols. **Roles and Responsibilities:** * Accurately pick orders from warehouse stock based on pick lists or order sheets, ensuring correct items and quantities are selected. * Efficiently load and unload goods from trucks, containers, and other transport vehicles, using appropriate equipment and techniques. * Verify the accuracy of picked orders and loaded/unloaded items, reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring the warehouse is free from hazards and obstacles. * Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counting and stock replenishment. * Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified), in a safe and efficient manner. * Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. * Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately. * Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to warehouse operations.
