**Responsibilities:**

1. Counsel students on academic pathways, course selection, and career options.
2. Develop and implement academic plans to support student progress.
3. Monitor student grades and provide guidance on academic performance.
4. Conduct workshops and sessions on academic skills, study techniques, and time management.
5. Maintain confidentiality of student records and interactions.

**Qualifications:**

* Master's degree in Counseling or related field.
* Strong understanding of academic principles and practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
