Counsel students on career paths and educational goals, providing personalized advice.
Assist students with the admission process, including application completion and enrollment.
Maintain accurate student records and track their academic progress.
Conduct follow-up sessions with students to address their concerns and provide support.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth student experience.
Stay updated on the latest trends in online education.
Contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment.
