Account Manager Company: NILAMADHABA FISH AND FISH SEED FARM Location: Mahura, Nuadapa, Odisha Job Type: Full-time Experience: 1–2 years or above Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month Job Summary NILAMADHABA FISH AND FISH SEED FARM is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Manager to manage daily accounting, billing, GST, and financial records. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime, GST, MS Excel, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliation. Key Responsibilities Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions. Handle Tally/Tally Prime and maintain accurate books of accounts. Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, receipts, and payment records. Handle GST-related work and assist with GST filing and compliance. Maintain purchase, sales, expenses, receipts, and payment records. Perform cash, bank, and ledger reconciliation. Track outstanding payments and receivables. Prepare accounting and financial reports using MS Excel. Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions. Assist with monthly financial statements and reports. Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities. Handle other accounting and administrative duties as required. Eligibility & Requirements B.Com or equivalent Commerce qualification preferred. 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience or above. Good knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime. Practical knowledge of GST filing and compliance. Good working knowledge of MS Excel. Experience in billing, invoicing, bookkeeping, and reconciliation. Good numerical and analytical skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Responsible, reliable, and able to maintain confidential financial information. Language Preference Odia – Preferred Hindi – Preferred Basic English communication will be an advantage.
