# VP Finance (Head – Finance & Accounts) **Location:** Minto Park, Kolkata, West Bengal **Salary:** ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month **Experience:** 5–12 Years **Job Type:** Full-time | Permanent | Work from Office ## Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic **VP Finance (Head – Finance & Accounts)** to lead our finance function in **Minto Park, Kolkata**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company's financial strategy, overseeing accounting operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing treasury and cash flow, and supporting business growth through sound financial planning and leadership. ## Key Responsibilities * Lead the company's financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting. * Oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, statutory audits, taxation, and regulatory compliance. * Manage cash flow, treasury, banking relationships, funding, and capital management. * Establish and strengthen internal financial controls, risk management, and corporate governance practices. * Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team while ensuring high levels of performance and accountability. * Collaborate with senior management to support strategic business planning and decision-making. * Prepare and present financial reports, MIS, and board-level presentations. * Manage investor relations and coordinate with auditors, bankers, consultants, and regulatory authorities. * Lead financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, investments, and other strategic initiatives. * Handle loan renewals, banking documentation, credit facilities, and finance arrangements. * Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements. * Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, operational efficiency, and cost optimization. ## Required Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting. * CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent professional qualification is preferred. * 5–12 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including leadership responsibilities. * Strong experience in financial management, taxation, compliance, and strategic planning. ## Required Skills * Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) * Budgeting, Forecasting & Variance Analysis * Financial Reporting & Accounting * Cash Flow & Treasury Management * Risk Management, Internal Controls & Regulatory Compliance * Banking, Funding & Loan Management * ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar) and Advanced Financial Reporting * Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance * Advanced MS Excel and financial modelling skills * Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills * Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities ## Salary **₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month** (Based on qualifications and experience) ## Benefits * Provident Fund (PF) * Health Insurance * Paid Leave * Performance-Based Incentives * Professional Development & Leadership Training * Career Growth Opportunities * Supportive and Collaborative Work Environment **Work Location:** Minto Park, Kolkata, West Bengal
