Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Job Location: Minto Park, Kolkata, West Bengal Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Experience: 15–20 years Salary: ₹28–30 LPA Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the organization's financial strategy and overall finance function. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in financial planning, treasury, taxation, risk management, compliance, reporting, fundraising, and strategic business decisions. Responsibilities Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives. Manage budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and tax strategy. Oversee treasury operations, cash flow, and working capital management. Manage banking relationships, funding requirements, and negotiations. Establish effective risk management and internal control systems. Lead financial due diligence for acquisitions, investments, and joint ventures. Manage M&A, acquisitions, and joint venture-related financial activities. Prepare and present financial reports and business insights to the Board and senior management. Ensure compliance with ROC, legal, tax, and other statutory requirements. Coordinate internal audits, external audits, and financial due diligence. Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization and business growth. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounts team. Provide strategic financial advice to senior management on business decisions and investments. Requirements 15–20 years of relevant experience in finance and senior financial leadership roles. CA/CS qualification preferred. Strong knowledge of corporate finance, taxation, treasury, and financial reporting. Experience in banking relationships, fundraising, M&A, acquisitions, or joint ventures. Strong understanding of statutory compliance, internal controls, and risk management. Excellent negotiation, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability. Well-connected within the financial and business community. Organized, execution-oriented, and capable of leading large finance teams. Business development experience will be an advantage.
