Position: Accountant Location: Bhopal Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable as per experience & skills) Gender: Male & Female Age Requirement: 20 – 30 years Experience: Minimum 3 years required Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial transactions of the organization, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Proficiency in Tally ERP and bookkeeping is mandatory for this role. Key Responsibilities  Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions.  Handle bookkeeping, ledger entries, and reconciliation of accounts.  Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.  Manage accounts payable and receivable.  Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and other tax filings.  Prepare and maintain financial statements, invoices, and billing.  Work with auditors during audits and provide required financial data.  Utilize Tally ERP software for accounting operations.  Coordinate with banks and other financial institutions when necessary. Requirements  Minimum 3 years of proven experience in accounting roles.  Proficiency in Tally ERP (mandatory).  Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.  Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.  Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.  Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.  Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
