*We Are Hiring For Bank On Roll Profile* Branch Relationship Officer Grade Assistant Manager* Eligibility:- Min Qualification: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate (50% Above) Experience: Any Fresher Graduate/ Post Graduate Can Apply Industry: Banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) Age: 21+ and Less than 30 preferred Offered Salary: 3.2 LPA to 4.6 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits Roles and Responsibilities: Build and maintain client relationships. Address customer needs and inquiries. Cross-sell and upsell banking products. Achieve sales targets for banking products. Conduct customer reviews and recommend solutions. Participate in sales campaigns. Resolve customer issues promptly. Maintain high service standards. Handle and escalate complaints. Support daily operations (account opening, transactions, documentation). Ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Assist in maintaining branch appearance.
