The ideal candidate should have experience in the BFSI or Insurance sector, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Drive branch sales and achieve assigned business targets. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. Generate leads through referrals, field activities, and networking. Identify new business opportunities in the local market. Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives. Coordinate with branch staff to ensure smooth customer service. Monitor daily sales activities and prepare performance reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational processes. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Contribute to overall branch growth and business development. Eligibility Criteria Graduate in any discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience in Insurance, Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or BFSI Sales. Age: 25–45 years. Male and Female candidates can apply.
