ob Title: Telecalling & CRM Intern Location: Kolkata (On-site) Stipend: Up to ₹6,000 per month About the Role We are looking for an energetic, confident, and disciplined Telecalling & CRM Intern to support our sales team. This role is ideal for freshers or students who want to build a career in sales, customer relationship management, and business development. Key Responsibilities - Make 80–120 outbound calls daily to prospective and existing customers. - Follow up on enquiries received through websites, social media, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial, and other lead sources. - Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM. - Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team. - Send quotations, catalogues, and follow-up messages via WhatsApp and email. - Track lead status and update the CRM regularly. - Prepare daily call reports and lead conversion reports. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Skills Required - Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Bengali preferred). - Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel. - Comfortable using CRM software. - Confident on phone calls with a polite and professional attitude. - Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
