Business Development Executive

Description: Prospect and onboard new clients by effectively communicating Ujjivan Small Finance Bank's products and services, build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client retention and satisfaction, achieve sales targets and contribute to the bank's business growth within the assigned territory.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities: by actively prospecting leads through various channels, networking, market research, and referrals.
Build and maintain client relationships: through regular communication, prompt service, and personalized financial solutions.
Achieve sales targets: for various financial products and services, contributing to the overall business growth of the bank.
Conduct market research: to understand client needs, competitor activities, and industry trends, enabling effective sales strategies.
Provide timely and accurate information: to clients regarding Ujjivan Small Finance Bank’s products, services, and policies.
Collaborate with internal teams: to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Prepare sales reports and presentations: to track progress, analyze performance, and communicate updates to management.
Stay updated on financial industry regulations and best practices: ensuring compliance and ethical conduct.
Represent Ujjivan Small Finance Bank: professionally at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment: through teamwork and knowledge sharing.
