Key Responsibilities Search and apply to relevant jobs daily on Upwork Manage and optimize gigs on Fiverr Write personalized, high-converting proposals Communicate with clients and handle follow-ups Schedule meetings and close deals Achieve monthly revenue targets Maintain lead tracking and reporting ✅ Requirements Minimum 6 months experience in Upwork bidding or Fiverr account management Strong written English communication Understanding of client acquisition and sales conversion Knowledge of Fiverr SEO and gig ranking Target-oriented mindset Compensation Fixed Salary + 10–20% commission per closed deal OR Commission-only (20–30% per project) (Compensation depends on experience and performance.)
