Utilize job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks for talent acquisition. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
