About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our dynamic infrastructure team. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical integrity and execution of complex engineering projects. As a key member of our engineering division, you will leverage advanced modeling and analytical tools to solve intricate structural challenges and drive innovation across our project portfolio. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of structural systems for large-scale infrastructure projects. Perform rigorous structural analysis and simulations to ensure safety, compliance, and performance standards. Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows to coordinate multidisciplinary project data and minimize design conflicts. Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and reports for project stakeholders and regulatory bodies. Conduct thorough code reviews and quality assurance checks on engineering designs to maintain industry-leading standards. Collaborate with project managers and site teams to resolve technical issues during the construction phase. Implement agile project management practices to streamline workflows and improve delivery timelines. Requirements 4 years of professional experience in civil engineering and structural design. Proven track record of managing complex engineering projects from conception to completion. Expertise in interpreting and applying international building codes and safety regulations. Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated proficiency in managing project documentation and technical specifications. Required Education B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
