Job Title: Commercial & Operations Manager Location: Dhamnod, Madhya Pradesh Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹70,000 per month Experience: 10+ Years Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering (MBA Preferred) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Commercial & Operations Manager to lead commercial, supply chain, manufacturing, and operational activities for a precision engineering and industrial manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, commercial expertise, and the ability to drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day commercial and manufacturing operations. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, quality, and profitability. Manage supply chain, procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships. Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international customers. Monitor operational KPIs, budgets, costs, and overall business performance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles. Ensure timely availability of materials to support production and customer requirements. Coordinate with production, quality, engineering, procurement, and sales teams. Optimize inventory levels and working capital. Develop and maintain SOPs and operational best practices. Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company policies. Support business expansion and operational excellence initiatives. Eligibility Criteria Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. MBA is preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, or Commercial Management. Experience in heavy engineering, steel, machining, industrial manufacturing, or oil & gas industries is preferred. Strong knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
