Ltd. is looking for Ducting Workers / HVAC Helpers to assist with ducting, air-cooling, ventilation, fabrication and installation work at different project sites across Madhya Pradesh. Key Responsibilities Assist in ducting and air-cooling installation work. Help with cutting, drilling, folding and joining sheet metal ducts. Assist skilled workers in duct fabrication and installation. Load, unload and shift ducts, tools, equipment and materials. Assist in installation of air coolers and ducting systems. Support welding, fabrication and duct support work under supervision. Help with fixing, sealing and fitting ducts at project sites. Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the work area. Follow instructions from the site supervisor and senior workers. Follow safety rules and take proper care of company tools and materials. Perform other site-related duties as assigned. Requirements No specific educational qualification required. Freshers and candidates with relevant site/work experience can apply. Physically fit and comfortable with field/site work. Willing to learn ducting, fabrication and installation work. Willing to travel and work at different project sites across Madhya Pradesh. Ability to work as part of a team. Job Nature This is a field/site-based position. The work location may change depending on ongoing projects. Candidates should be willing to travel and temporarily work at different project locations as required. Salary ₹10,000 – ₹11,500 per month
