Responsible for taking calls with customers and understanding their queries and concerns. ✅Ensuring customer queries and concerns are resolved on time. ✅Need to be flexible in case volume increases to support. Requirements: Excellent communication Flexible for 9-hour shifts (between 7 AM - 10 PM). Comfortable working weekends/festivals.
