Annual CTC: 1.8 L to 2.5 L Roles & Responsibilities: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in any of these languages - Hindi, Marathi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Telugu, Malayalam. • Handle inbound or outbound calls. • Cool-tempered and able to handle customers with ease. • Experience with MS Excel and basic knowledge of computers is a must. • Be a customer-oriented individual. • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities. • Minimum 12th pass. Fresher’s will go through a short productive training of our entire process along with calling protocols set on the dialer and using CMS application system to update customer information.
