**Job Description: Dealing in Manpower Services**

**Responsibilities:**

1. Source and recruit candidates for various positions
2. Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability
3. Negotiate salaries and benefits packages
4. Place candidates in appropriate positions
5. Maintain relationships with clients and candidates

**Qualifications:**

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong understanding of recruitment and manpower practices
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
