Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to generate leads and drive sales.
Managing and optimizing SEO/SMO campaigns to enhance online visibility and organic reach, increasing website traffic and brand awareness.
Creating engaging email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote new properties, and build client relationships.
Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices within the real estate sector, adapting strategies as needed.
Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Managing social media presence, creating engaging content, and fostering online communities.
Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
Graduation required, Other preferred.
Proven experience: Minimum 1.5 years in real estate SEO.
Demonstrated expertise: Lead generation, email marketing, SEO, and SMO.
Strong analytical skills: Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Proactive and results-oriented: Taking initiative and achieving measurable outcomes.

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹50,000/month
