Structural Fitter / Fabrication Fitter Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹26,000 per month Location: Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh Job Type: Full-time Work Mode: Work from Office Experience: 3+ Years Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial Fabrication Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Structural Fitter / Fabrication Fitter to support fabrication and assembly work at our manufacturing facility in Pithampur. The candidate will be responsible for fitting, alignment, measurement, assembly, and preparation of industrial structural components before welding and final fabrication. Key Responsibilities Perform fitting and fabrication work for industrial structures. Read and understand basic fabrication drawings and measurements. Carry out structural alignment, leveling, positioning, and adjustment. Check dimensions and fit-up of components before welding. Coordinate with welders during fabrication activities. Perform cutting, grinding, drilling, tack fitting, and related fitting work. Assemble structural components such as frames, beams, columns, platforms, supports, and brackets. Ensure proper positioning and alignment of fabricated components. Coordinate with supervisors and fabrication team members to complete work on schedule. Check finished structures for proper dimensions, alignment, and fitment. Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean work area. Eligibility Criteria ITI / relevant technical qualification will be preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in Structural Fitting, Fabrication Fitting, or Industrial Fabrication. Good knowledge of fitting tools and fabrication processes. Ability to understand measurements, dimensions, and basic drawings. Experience working with industrial or factory structures. Comfortable working in a manufacturing/fabrication environment.
