The role involves visiting the local market, meeting transporters and small business owners, understanding their vehicle requirements, and assisting customers in selecting suitable Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs). The position involves regular field visits, customer meetings, lead generation, follow-ups, and achieving monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities Visit local markets and meet potential customers. Connect with transporters, fleet owners, small business owners, and commercial vehicle users. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles. Explain vehicle features, specifications, and available options. Generate new sales leads through field visits and market activities. Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication. Coordinate with the dealership and finance team during the sales process. Assist customers with documentation and purchase-related requirements. Maintain customer and lead records. Achieve assigned monthly sales targets. Share regular market and sales updates with the reporting manager. Eligibility Criteria Freshers Minimum 10th or 12th Pass. Freshers interested in field sales can apply. Good communication and customer interaction skills. Willingness to travel and meet customers in the field. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Salary for Freshers: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives Experienced Candidates Candidates with sales experience from any industry can apply.
