Description: Handle financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliation. Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Ensure compliance with financial regulations. Support the financial planning and analysis.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables' data
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.
Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel, and direct their work activities.
Survey operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend, develop, and maintain solutions to business and financial problems.
Advise management about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts.
Represent the company before taxing authorities, and provide support to the company during litigation and investigations.
Appraise, evaluate, and manage the financial performance of the organization.
