Key skills include general Helper duties, familiarity or willingness to learn FLEX UV PRINTING operation, and maintaining high standards of Housekeeping. **Roles and Responsibilities** * Assist skilled operators in the setup, operation, and maintenance of FLEX UV PRINTING equipment, ensuring efficient production workflows. * Perform general helper duties, including material handling, machine cleaning, and workspace organization, contributing to a safe and productive environment. * Maintain a clean and orderly work area through diligent housekeeping practices, adhering to safety regulations and promoting a positive work environment. * Support the team in achieving production targets by efficiently completing assigned tasks and proactively identifying areas for improvement. * Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries, contributing to a culture of safety within the manufacturing facility. * Assist in quality control checks, ensuring that finished products meet established standards and specifications. * Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to FLEX UV PRINTING operations and general manufacturing processes. * Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by assisting colleagues and sharing knowledge. * Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance, punctuality, and ethical conduct. * Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or team leaders, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the overall goals of the manufacturing operation.
