HR Admin Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Location: Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh Job Type: Full-time Work Mode: Work from Office Experience: Fresher to 1 Year Job Overview We are looking for an organized and responsible HR Admin to support day-to-day HR and office administration activities. This role is suitable for freshers as well as candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience. The candidate will assist with employee records, attendance, recruitment coordination, documentation, and general HR activities. Key Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day HR and administrative work. Maintain employee records and HR documents. Support recruitment activities and interview coordination. Help with employee joining and onboarding formalities. Maintain attendance and leave records. Prepare basic HR reports and updates. Coordinate with employees regarding routine HR requirements. Maintain office files and documentation. Assist the HR team with daily administrative tasks. Support other HR activities as required. Candidate Requirements Graduate in any discipline. BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA/PGDM in HR will be an advantage. Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office. Good communication and coordination skills. Organized and responsible approach to work. Willingness to learn HR processes.
