*Job Description* _- HR Executive at Synergy Digital Solution_ *Role:* HR Executive *Responsibilities:* a) Source, screen, and recruit suitable candidates aligned with company requirements. b) Conduct onboarding processes for new hires and manage associated documentation. c) Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in the hiring process. d) Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information. *Requirements:* _1) Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field._ _2) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal._ _3) Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively._ _4) Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding processes._ _5)Familiarity with HR software and documentation procedures._ *Salary Structure:* Fixed salary of 18,000 INR per month.
