Job Title: HR Recruiter Location: MP Nagar, Bhopal Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month Job Type: Full-time | On-site Experience: 0 – 2 years (Freshers can apply) Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team at our MP Nagar office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates across various roles. If you are passionate about connecting talent with opportunity, we’d love to meet you. Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other platforms Screen resumes and applications based on job requirements Schedule and conduct initial interviews Coordinate interviews with hiring managers Maintain a candidate database and update status regularly Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Support HR functions as needed, such as documentation and onboarding Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (BBA, MBA in HR preferred) Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Strong organizational and coordination skills Benefits: Fixed salary with performance-based incentives Learning and growth opportunities Friendly and supportive work environment
