As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet organizational needs. *Key Responsibilities:* • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. • Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Schedule and coordinate interviews, providing candidates with timely feedback. • Negotiate salary and compensation packages, as needed, and extend offers to selected candidates. • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a seamless hiring process. *Skills & Qualifications:* • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to screen resumes and conduct initial interviews effectively. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
