Network Operation Specialist.

We’re Hiring – Network Operation Specialist (Full-Time) Interserve Solutions is a rapidly growing company in the Telecommunication Industry, serving Australian customers and providing internet services across Australia. To support our expanding operations, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Network Operation Specialist to join our team in Mohali. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services Leverage networking knowledge to resolve complex issues involving network connectivity, DNS, DHCP, routing, and firewall configurations Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams and follow up with clients to ensure resolution Work closely with sales, engineering, and other departments to ensure client needs are met timely Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicate them to relevant teams Create and maintain documentation related to customer support and technical issues Stay up-to-date with emerging networking technologies and best practices ✅ Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Networking, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum 3+ years of experience as a customer service representative or technical support specialist Strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, static routing, and firewall configurations Experience with network troubleshooting tools such as ping, traceroute, and Wireshark Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues Ability to work independently and as part of a team Relevant certifications such as Network+, CCNA are preferred 5 Working Days Location: Mohali Engagement: Full-time
