We are hiring Online Sales Executives to manage Agri product export sales across the globe. The role involves handling customer interactions, managing online orders, and ensuring smooth communication through social media and e-commerce channels. Key Responsibilities: Manage sales through online platforms, social media, and e-commerce portals. Handle customer queries via calls, emails, chats, and Instagram; process and track online orders. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Ensure excellent communication with international clients (UK US, UAE, Southeast Asia, etc.). Coordinate with the team for timely order fulfilment. Key Skills 1-3 years of experience in online sales, e-commerce, or customer service. Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written). Familiarity with Instagram, online sales tools, and e-commerce platforms. Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills.
