# Relationship Manager **Location:** Ahmedabad, Gujarat **Job Type:** Full-time **Experience:** 2+ years **Salary:** ₹35,000–₹40,000 per month ### Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to manage Team Leaders, support team hiring, and drive city-level personal loan business targets. ### Key Responsibilities * Hire and onboard 5 Team Leaders. * Track daily performance and activities of Team Leaders. * Support Team Leaders in building and managing the FOS/Executive team. * Achieve city-level personal loan targets and business goals. * Provide daily targets, guidance, and motivation to Team Leaders. * Conduct performance reviews and regular follow-ups. * Maintain daily and weekly reports and update Google Sheets. ### Requirements * 2+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Fintech, Personal Loan Sales, or related fields. * Experience in team handling, Team Leader management, and hiring preferred. * Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills. * Target-oriented with good reporting and follow-up abilities.
