Job Title: Packing Staff Location: Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh Industry: Textile Manufacturing Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹24,000 per month Job Summary We are hiring Packing Staff for our textile manufacturing unit in Pithampur. The selected candidates will be responsible for packing finished textile products, performing quality checks, labeling products, and preparing orders for dispatch while maintaining quality and safety standards. Note: This is a factory/shop-floor role. Candidates looking for office, administration, HR, accounts, sales, or managerial positions should not apply. Key Responsibilities Pack finished textile products as per company standards. Perform basic quality inspections before packing. Label, sort, and organize packed products accurately. Prepare finished goods for dispatch. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the packing area. Handle products carefully to prevent damage. Follow supervisor instructions and company SOPs. Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely packing. Eligibility Criteria Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass. Freshers and candidates with 0–3 years of experience can apply. Experience in packing, production, warehouse, manufacturing, or textile industry is preferred. Must be comfortable working in a factory environment.
