# Panel Fitter **Location:** Raipur, Chhattisgarh **Salary:** ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month **Experience:** Minimum 1 Year **Job Type:** Full-time ## Job Summary We are hiring a skilled **Panel Fitter** to assemble, install, and wire electrical control panels. The ideal candidate should have experience in panel fitting, electrical wiring, and interpreting electrical drawings while maintaining quality and safety standards. ## Key Responsibilities * Assemble and fit electrical control panels as per drawings and specifications. * Install and wire electrical components, including MCBs, MCCBs, Contactors, Relays, Switches, and Terminal Blocks. * Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. * Perform cable routing, cable dressing, and component mounting. * Inspect completed panels for quality and functionality. * Use hand tools and testing instruments safely and effectively. * Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean work area. * Coordinate with the production and quality teams to ensure timely completion of work. ## Requirements * ITI (Electrician/Wireman) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering preferred. * Minimum 1 year of experience in panel fitting or electrical panel assembly. * Knowledge of electrical components and panel wiring. * Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams. * Basic knowledge of electrical safety standards. * Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ## Benefits * Competitive salary * Overtime opportunities (if applicable) * Paid leave as per company policy * Career growth opportunities * Supportive and safe working environment **Work Location:** Raipur, Chhattisgarh
