Handle procurement and purchase activities.
Source vendors and obtain quotations.
Prepare purchase orders and maintain records.
Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
Coordinate with accounts, stores, and operations teams.
Negotiate pricing and delivery schedules.
Maintain vendor database and supplier relationships.
Experience in purchasing, procurement, or vendor management.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic ERP systems.
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
Experience in Interior Design, Modular Kitchen, Construction, Manufacturing, or related industries will be an added advantage.
