The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of blood collection procedures, excellent patient-handling skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and accuracy. Freshers with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Collect blood samples using standard venipuncture techniques. Ensure accurate labeling, handling, and transportation of collected samples. Follow infection control, safety, and laboratory protocols. Maintain patient records and sample collection documentation. Assist patients professionally during the blood collection process. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the sample collection area. Coordinate with laboratory staff for timely sample processing. Ensure quality standards are followed during sample collection. Eligibility Criteria DMLT, BMLT, MLT, or Phlebotomy Certification. Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply. Basic knowledge of blood collection procedures. Good communication and patient interaction skills. Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
