Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce real estate projects. Understand customer requirements and provide relevant project information. Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication. Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments with the sales team. Maintain customer details, call records, and follow-up updates in the CRM or company system. Meet daily calling and follow-up targets. Identify interested prospects and share qualified leads with the sales team. Build positive customer relationships and support the sales process. Required Skills Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel. Ability to speak confidently with customers over the phone. Good follow-up, listening, and customer-handling skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Interest in real estate sales and customer interaction.
