The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be capable of connecting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, scheduling appointments, and supporting the sales process. This role is ideal for candidates who are self-driven and comfortable working in a target-oriented work-from-home environment. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product or service information. Schedule appointments or meetings for interested customers. Follow up with leads and maintain regular customer communication. Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system. Coordinate with the sales team to support customer conversions. Prepare daily call reports and activity updates. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Eligibility Criteria Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Experience in Telecalling, Sales, Customer Support, Pre-Sales, or Real Estate Sales will be an added advantage. Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM software. Stable internet connection and a laptop/desktop are preferred for work-from-home operations.
