These skills are essential for effectively managing workflows, ensuring timely communication, and maintaining accurate records. **Roles and Responsibilities:** * **Process Optimization:** Streamlining existing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Identifying bottlenecks and recommending improvements. * **Team Coordination:** Facilitating effective communication and collaboration within the team. Assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing support. * **Follow-up Management:** Diligently tracking all pending tasks and ensuring timely completion. Following up with internal and external stakeholders to maintain momentum. * **Internal & External Coordination:** Acting as a liaison between different departments and external partners. Ensuring seamless information flow and effective communication. * **Complaint Handling:** Addressing and resolving complaints efficiently and professionally. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate channels. * **Team Follow-up:** Monitoring team performance and providing constructive feedback. Conducting regular follow-up meetings to address challenges and ensure alignment. * **Site Updation:** Maintaining and updating website content to ensure accuracy and relevance. Collaborating with relevant teams to ensure timely updates. * **Reporting and Documentation:** Preparing regular reports on process performance and key metrics. Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all activities.
