As a Process Executive, you will engage with international customers, resolving queries via both voice and email channels, while ensuring exceptional service quality. Key Responsibilities  Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries effectively.  Respond to customer emails with clarity and professionalism.  Utilize internal systems and tools to verify transaction details and determine appropriate actions.  Provide high-quality service in alignment with organizational standards.  Ensure compliance with data integrity, security policies, and company procedures.
