Quality Assurance Manager

Description: Oversee and manage all aspects of quality assurance, ensuring adherence to industry regulations, and company standards within our pharmaceutical operations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of quality throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures, processes, and systems adhering to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and other relevant regulatory guidelines
Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure effective corrective and preventative actions
Oversee quality control activities, including inspection, testing, and documentation, to ensure product quality and integrity
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, such as production, research and development, and regulatory affairs, to address quality-related issues and ensure alignment with overall quality objectives
Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
Manage and analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues
Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices, ensuring the company's quality systems remain compliant and competitive
Prepare and submit quality reports to management and regulatory agencies as required

Preferred Education: BCOM

Experience: 5 years 10 months in pharmaceutical

Skills: good communication skills

Salary Range: From ₹30,000 to ₹50,000
