Job Description for the Receptionist (Front Desk Executive) Position: Receptionist (Front Desk Executive) Location: Bhopal Salary Range: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on skills & experience) Gender: Female only Age Requirement: 20 – 30 years Experience: Fresher or Experienced Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are hiring a Receptionist (Front Desk Executive) to be the face of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, answering calls, and providing administrative support to the team. If you are well-presented, have good communication skills, and enjoy interacting with people, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities  Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.  Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.  Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.  Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.  Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.  Receive and distribute mail, couriers, and deliveries.  Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office functioning.  Assist with visitor queries and guide them to the appropriate person/department. Requirements  Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass; Graduation preferred.  Good verbal and written communication skills (mandatory).  Pleasing personality and a positive, approachable attitude.  Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).  Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities efficiently.  Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
