# Sales & Marketing Executive **Location:** Tripura **Salary:** ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month **Experience:** 1 Year **Job Type:** Full-time ## Job Summary We are looking for a motivated **Sales & Marketing Executive** to generate leads, develop customer relationships, and support the company's sales and marketing activities. ## Key Responsibilities * Generate leads and identify new business opportunities. * Promote company products and services to potential customers. * Handle customer inquiries and follow up with leads. * Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers. * Achieve assigned sales targets. * Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities. * Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records. * Coordinate with the internal team to support sales activities. ## Requirements * Graduate in any discipline. * Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/marketing. * Good communication and negotiation skills. * Customer-focused with a positive attitude. * Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel. * Ability to work independently and meet targets. * Knowledge of the local Tripura market will be an advantage.
