# Sales & Marketing Manager **Location:** Teliamura, Tripura **Salary:** ₹12,000 – ₹17,000 per month **Experience:** 1–2 Years **Job Type:** Full-time ## Job Summary We are looking for a motivated **Sales & Marketing Manager** to drive sales, develop customer relationships, and support marketing activities in the assigned area. ## Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies. * Generate new leads and identify business opportunities. * Handle customer inquiries and maintain strong client relationships. * Achieve monthly sales targets. * Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities. * Coordinate with customers and internal teams. * Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management. * Promote company products/services and increase market presence. ## Requirements * Graduate in any discipline; Sales/Marketing qualification preferred. * 1–2 years of experience in sales and marketing. * Good communication and negotiation skills. * Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills. * Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel. * Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. * Local market knowledge will be an advantage.
