# Senior Accountant & Finance Executive **Location:** Minto Park, Kolkata, West Bengal **Salary:** ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month **Experience:** 5–12 Years **Job Type:** Full-time | Permanent | Work from Office ## Job Overview We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented **Senior Accountant & Finance Executive** to join our finance team in **Minto Park, Kolkata**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial accounting, statutory compliance, budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow while ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards. This role is best suited for professionals with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in finance and accounting operations. ## Key Responsibilities * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * Manage general ledger, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities. * Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. * Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations. * Coordinate with auditors and support internal, statutory, and tax audits. * Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, variance analysis, and management reports. * Monitor cash flow and working capital to support business operations. * Maintain accurate financial records and strong internal financial controls. * Lead, guide, and mentor junior finance and accounts team members. * Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to support business objectives and financial planning. ## Required Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting. * CA Inter, CMA, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification is preferred. * 5–12 years of experience in accounting and finance. * Experience in handling statutory compliance and financial reporting. ## Required Skills * Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting and Reporting. * Experience with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance. * Expertise in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Variance Analysis. * Cash Flow Management and Working Capital Planning. * General Ledger Management and Account Reconciliations. * Proficiency in Tally Prime, SAP, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems. * Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, financial formulas). * Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. * Excellent communication and team management abilities. ## Salary **₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month** (Based on qualifications and experience) ## Benefits * Provident Fund (PF) * Health Insurance * Paid Leave * Performance-Based Incentives * Professional Development & Training * Career Growth Opportunities * Supportive and Collaborative Work Environment **Work Location:** Minto Park, Kolkata, West Bengal
