Senior Hr Executive

HR Executive Location: Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu Experience: 2–7 years Job type:Full-time, on-site Job summary We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage recruitment, HR operations, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR activities. Candidates with technical recruitment experience and strong communication skills will be preferred. Key responsibilities - Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. - Source candidates through Shine, Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels. - Handle technical and non-technical recruitment requirements. - Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate follow-up. - Manage employee attendance, leave, documentation, and joining formalities. - Handle employee queries and support employee relations. - Maintain recruitment trackers, HR records, and employee databases. - Prepare HR reports and recruitment MIS using Excel/Google Sheets. - Support performance monitoring, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation. - Coordinate with management for manpower requirements and recruitment planning. Requirements - 2–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or HR generalist roles. - MBA / PGDM in human resources or relevant qualification preferred. - Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations. - Technical recruitment experience is an advantage. - Good English communication and interpersonal skills. - Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office. - Strong coordination, problem-solving, and employee-handling skills. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
