The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in site management, team supervision, and project coordination. ### Key Responsibilities - Manage and supervise daily site operations and project activities. - Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and workers. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. - Manage manpower, materials, tools, and equipment at the site. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. - Maintain daily site reports, attendance records, and work progress updates. - Identify and resolve operational issues to avoid project delays. - Ensure proper utilization of resources and adherence to project schedules. - Coordinate with management to provide regular updates on site activities. ### Education - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant technical field preferred. - Candidates with relevant qualifications and site management experience may apply. ### Required Skills - Site management and supervision - Manpower and team management - Project coordination and planning - Material and resource management - Problem-solving and decision-making - Communication and reporting - Knowledge of workplace safety and quality standards - Time management and leadership ### Experience Requirements - Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision or site management. - Experience handling manpower, contractors, and day-to-day site activities. ### Salary and Benefits - ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and skills. - Full-time employment. - Other benefits as per company policy.
