Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social work programs aligned with the Foundation's educational mission: Including needs assessments, program design, and outcome evaluation.
Provide direct social work services to individuals and families: Offering counseling, crisis intervention, advocacy, and referrals.
Collaborate with educational institutions and community partners: Building strong relationships to enhance service delivery and program effectiveness.
Participate in fundraising activities to support program sustainability: Identifying funding opportunities, developing proposals, and cultivating donor relationships.
Maintain accurate records and documentation: Adhering to professional standards and organizational policies.
Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders: Including clients, families, colleagues, and community partners.
Stay current on relevant social work practices and educational trends: Engaging in continuous professional development activities.
