Address customer inquiries with professionalism and clarity. Provide accurate and detailed information about the company's products or services. Maintain up-to-date records of interactions and customer data in the database. Follow up on potential leads and sales opportunities. Respond to client feedback and escalate issues when required. Qualifications: For Freshers: Strong communication skills in English and Tamil. Basic understanding of sales and client handling. For Experienced Candidates: Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word) is preferred. Excellent interpersonal, persuasion, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage customer queries with patience and professionalism.
